Laine Pubco rebrands Brighton pub
Laine Pub Company has completed the latest refurbishment in its Brighton estate and brought a successful feature at one of its London pubs down south.
The Western Front, next to the city’s Churchill Square shopping centre, has been renamed the Western and been refurbished with an “East European vibe”.
Taking its influence from pop art film posters from the Eastern Bloc, the design is described as combining bold colour and a stark industrial feel.
Meanwhile, the Lady Chastity’s Reserve immersive gaming experience that has proved a success at the Four Thieves is coming to Brighton’s Black Lion. The feature allows groups of five to pay to visit Lady Chastity’s vineyard and solve a murder mystery, with the chance to win a bottle of “aphrodisiac wine”. George describes the concept as “the Crystal Maze on crystal meth”.
