Vegetarian fiorentina
With all good fiorentina pizzas, the trick is to end up with a nice runny egg in the centre. Follow this recipe which is a spin on an Italian classic
Toppings:
- Sour dough base
- Spread ricotta blended with olive oil, garlic and chopped parsley onto your base
- Add blanched spinach around the outside
- Sliced Woodrow Portobello mushrooms between the spinach leaves
- Chestnut mushrooms
- Mozzarella mini balls
- Crack egg in the middle
- Bake
- Olive oil to finish
- Grana Padano cheese on top
