The site, called Greenwood, will open in late 2016 in the new Nova development in Victoria, alongside new openings from Jason Atherton and D&D.
The group will also open two further sites, a city rooftop restaurant, Aviary, and a bar at the Royal London House Hotel, called Burdock.
ETM co-founder Tom Martin said: “We are delighted to be bringing our pubs, bars and restaurants to two more central London locations and at such interesting developments.
“We can’t wait to get these sites open and welcome many of our regular customers alongside plenty of new faces.”
ETM Group sold its popular Thameside pub the Gun, Docklands, to Fuller’s earlier this year.
Speaking the The Morning Advertiser’s sister publication MCA at the time, Tom Martin said the decision was part of a strategic overview of the business.
“We have thoroughly enjoyed being the proud guardians of the 200-year old, Grade II-listed property since 2004, but are delighted that Fuller’s is now taking the helm," he said.
The group’s Moorgate gastropub, the Jugged Hare, came 23rd in this year’s Top 50 Gastropubs. It was also a regional finalist for the title of Best Food Pub in the 2015 Great British Pub Awards.
