One of the last traditional wet-led pubs in Notting Hill is available on a leasehold basis. The pub, which like much of Notting Hill is a mid-terrace building, comprises of a single-room bar and a two-bedroom manager’s flat. Andy Frisby from Fleurets comments: “The Uxbridge Arms is almost the last traditional wet-led style pub in Notting Hill, and therefore presents a superb opportunity to capitalise on the demand for a niche product in an affluent area.”
