The Twelve Bells, Cirencester, Gloucestershire
Christie & Co has successfully brokered the sale of this Gloucestershire inn off an asking price of £575,000.
The pub has been sold to Mr & Mrs Brown who have previously both owned and run a café and worked at the Kings Head in the Cotswolds town. They are therefore very familiar with the local market with a wealth of experience in the trade.
The Grade II-listed inn reopened in 2011 after being carefully restored and refurbished by the previous owners, Mr & Mrs Mutlow. They also added a microbrewery to the site producing around 600 pints a week of a brew known as Ciren Ales.
Christie & Co director Nicholas Calfe said: "Freehold pubs rarely come to the market in Cirencester and it is no wonder this was snapped up quickly. We wish the new owners every success."
