Titled Pub Principles, the guides have been created in partnership with industry experts at Cask Marque, Diageo and Gamestec.
To reflect the evolving industry, new guides will be added quarterly and existing content will be updated periodically if required.
The guides focus on four key areas of support: product and retail; business operation; sales and marketing; and customer service and retail standards.
