The Premier League takes a break this weekend as several World Cup 2018 football qualifiers get under way, including England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Football: World Cup qualifier, Sweden v Luxembourg (Saturday 7 October, 4.55pm-6.55pm, kick-off 5pm) — Sky Sports Football

The first of the day's Group A clashes comes live from the Friend Arena in Solna, Sweden. A home win will put Sweden top of the table before France take to the pitch in the evening kick-off. 

Football: World Cup qualifier, Bulgaria v France (Saturday 7 October, 7.40pm-9.40pm, kick-off 7.45pm) — Sky Sports Football

France will be firm favourites as they take on Bulgaria at the Vasil Levski National Stadium in Sofia, Bulgaria, in this Group A clash.

Football: World Cup qualifier, Lithuania v England (Sunday 8 October, 4.15pm-7pm, kick-off 5pm) — ITV

With qualification already secured, the Three Lions will try to end their qualifying campaign on a high.

Football: World Cup qualifier, Slovenia v Scotland (Sunday 8 October, 4.30pm-7.15pm, kick-off 5pm) — Sky Sports Football

Scotland travel to Ljubljana where they will face Slovenia in a crucial Group F qualification match. Scotland sits second in the group and a play-off place is theirs to lose.

Michael O'Neill's Northern Ireland take on Norway in this Group C World Cup qualification game a the Ullevaal Stadium in Oslo, Norway. A play-off spot is already secured for Northern Ireland but they will want to keep the momentum going.
