BrewDog pokes fun at Tennent's Lager in Twitter spat
Although now removed, a BrewDog spokesperson confirmed the tweet had stated: “Things we recommend doing instead of drinking @Tennentslager. 1. Anything else.”
Tennent’s response said: “When your annoying wee brother tries to bam you up, but really he’s just crying for attention.. #Bless #Bothered."
Twitter users voiced their support for Tennent's. Jamie Aitken said: "Highlight of the day was BrewDog getting done by Tennents Lager."
Matt Wichham said: "If it was football, I'd say it ended about Tennent's Lager 6-0 BrewDog, with BrewDog taking their ball off the pitch and going off home early before the end of the match. #WednesdayWisdom."

The Morning Advertiser contacted Tennent’s but it declined to comment further, BrewDog were also contacted but had not issued a response at the time of publication.
