Nine events will give licensees the chance to share their thoughts on their needs and best practice.
Publicans will be able to speak to the company’s directors, business development managers and members of its leadership team.
Formal votes on company issues will take place, with the results collated to give the pubco a national perspective on licensees’ thoughts and concerns.
Feedback will be used to create new programmes to meet publicans’ changing needs.
Experts will give presentations on industry trends and the latest market insights to help attendees increase their sales.
Star Pubs & Bars managing director Lawson Mountstevens said: “It’s essential the support we provide adds value for our licensees.
“The national forums have provided a great opportunity for them to tell us what they want and for us to share the latest developments and research that will help create outstanding pubs.
“We’ve taken past feedback and delivered initiatives on the back of it, everything from a deal with SIBA and a wider cask range to a new energy saving scheme.
“Extending the forums to more licensees in our enlarged estate is central to continually improving the way we work and meeting our ambition to build Britain’s best pub company.”
The forums will take place in Nottingham, Sheffield, Coventry, Edinburgh, Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Bristol and London.
The programme will culminate in a national forum held in Amsterdam.
