Hayman's, which relaunched its Gin Liqueur as a limited edition, said its release was aimed people "who enjoy the taste of gin".
The spirit (40% ABV) has been created by adding a touch of sugar to the classic Hayman's gin blend, which features 10 botanicals.
Hayman’s Gin Liqueur, which is claimed to be the first product of its kind, first launched in 2004.
James Hayman, co-owner of Hayman Distillers, said the gin is ideal for enjoying neat over the rocks.
"This is a liqueur for people who enjoy the taste of gin," he said.
"By adding just the right amount of sugar to our blend of 10 classic botanicals, we've been able to capture all that wonderful gin character, but layer in the underlying sweetness traditionally associated with a liqueur."
Just 6,000 bottles of Hayman's Gin Liqueur have been created and will be available to buy from their south west London distillery for £39 per bottle.
"In many ways this is the perfect summer drink," concluded Hayman.
"Wonderfully smooth, the high bottling strength and classically balanced botanicals, make it perfect for enjoying neat over the rocks with a simple orange wedge garnish.”
