More than 20 awards were dished out at the Great British Pub Awards in London on 5 September, including the overall accolade of Great British Pub of the Year.
This year the top accolade went to the Cott Inn near Dartington, Devon, which also received an award for Greene King Pub of the Year. Licensees Mark Annear and Mel Hard Ball said they were delighted with the prize, with Mark praising the pub's "fantastic team".
