Want to join the biggest group of multi-site pub owners and operators you’re ever likely to see in one place? Well look no further – our comprehensive guide to the MA Leaders Club awaits below…

What is the MA Leaders Club? And why would I want to join it?

Put simply, the MA Leaders Club (formerly MA500) is made up of the leading multiple operators across the pub trade, the entrepreneurs and outstanding businesses which set standards for others to follow.

Ranging from those with just a few pubs on their estate, to those with several hundred, the club aims to provide an insight sharing, inspirational platform for operators to come together, learn, and network amongst like-minded peers.

As well as offering the Leaders a fantastic space to learn and network, the club provides plenty of other benefits, such as face-to-face events, a members-only community app, and the opportunity to attend monthly breakfast briefings alongside influential industry figures.

MA Leaders Club Events

The highlight of becoming an MA Leader are our exclusive members-only events hosted three times a year in locations up and down the country; from Leeds to Bath to London and many more locales in the past and future of the club.

These events see expert speakers from a wide variety of pub-related fields join us to deliver conference-style content to attendees. These meetings cover everything from recruitment solutions, staff management, consumer trends, emerging market opportunities, financial advice and operational issues, along with operator’s tales of successes, failures, and solutions: there’s something for every pub operator to bring back to their business.

Following our speakers’ content, the club ventures out into the city for a ‘Study Tour’ – a thorough exploration of the city’s hottest pubs, bars and drinkeries to give members some fresh ideas to inspire them while networking in an informal gathering.

Community App

Outside of the face-to-face events and to maintain the community connection amongst the Leaders, the club makes use of a community app. This is used to provide group updates and promote topical discussion amongst members, giving them a platform to network and share challenges, solutions and experience whenever they need to.

Monthly Breakfast Briefings

A new addition to the club is the launch of our monthly Breakfast Briefings, in which limited places are available for a roundtable discussion on key topics facing the sector – from the current recruitment crisis through to operational challenges, with invited keynote speakers taking part to provide important insight and inspire discussion.
