According to The Publican's Market Report 2001 wine comes out as the number one area earmarked for growth over the next 12 months.

As pub and bar owners look to both the New World and Europe for their wines, one of the UK's leading wine brands, Ernest & Julio Gallo, will be at the exhibition for the first time to showcase new additions to its portfolio.

Ernest & Julio Gallo will be launching - exclusively at the show - its exciting new Californian brand Rivercrest as well as its new Garnet Point wines from South Eastern Australia. It will, of course, also be offering tastings from the Ernest & Julio Gallo Wine Cellars range and the premium Turning Leaf collection.

"As one of the top wine brands in the UK on-trade, Ernest & Julio Gallo are currently well placed to take advantage of the growing interest in New World wines, and more particularly the increasing demand for strong performing brands," said Gallo's Roger Boucher.

"It is an inevitable cross-over from the UK off-trade, where we have held the number one spot for many years.
