Bacardi Breezer introduces Ruby Grapefruit flavour

Bacardi Breezer has expanded its range of flavours with the introduction of a new Ruby Grapefruit variant.

Following the successful launch of Bacardi Breezer Cranberry in April last year, the premium packaged spirit is looking to take further advantage of consumer demand for red coloured variants.

Grapefruit is currently one of the leading flavours in the chilled juice market and is showing 16 per cent annual growth in the grocery sector.

Nick Hunt, Bacardi Breezer's senior trade marketing manager, said: "Grapefruit is the third largest flavour in the off-trade and fourth largest in the on-trade, giving strong indications that ruby grapefruit will perform well as a new flavour within the portfolio."
