Pub Food Awards 2002

As the major culinary awards for the pub industry enter their fourth successful year, we are proud to announce that they are to receive the full backing of The Publican Newspaper in recognising the best catering establishments in the industry.

The Publican Pub Food Awards will take place at the Hilton London Metropole on 7 November 2002, on the evening of The Publican Conference, held at the QEII Conference Centre in Westminster.

The diverse range of categories reflects the variety of needs demanded by pub goers. The Awards will reward everyone within the industry from branded pub chains and individual outlets, to chefs and food managers.

How to enter​

The Publican Pub Food Awards are free to enter and open to any pub, branded chain or individual providing quality food and service, so ask yourself just a few simple questions:

• Does your pub thrive on its food offering?
• Is your chain at the forefront of catering?
• Is the food served in your pub the best around?

If you can answer yes to any of these questions and you're proud of your food operation, then you should be entering the awards in one or more of the categories below.

You can enter as many categories as you wish and remember - it is FREE​ to enter.

The closing date for completed entries is Friday 16 August 2002​.

Don't forget to include copies of your menus and any other relevant support material, such as evidence of food promotions and photographs.
