  • Everards​ has sold seven pubs to Noble House Leisure​ for £10.6m. Three of the pubs in Leicestershire include the Charnwood​ in Bardon Hill, Mill on the Soar​ in Broughton Astley and the Quay​ in Leicester. The remaining sites are the Longshoot​ in Nuneaton and the White Swan​ in Stratford Upon Avon. Noble House​ is currently selling 17 of its sites through agents Christie & Co.

Wellington Pub Company​ site, the Stag​, in Charlton All Saints, near Salisbury in Wiltshire is a character period property dating back to the 1800s. It has a good food-trade and has large grounds with scope to extend, given the necessary planning consents. Christie & Co​ is handling the sale where offers in excess of £45,000 are being sought for the remainder of the free-of-tie lease. Tel: 01962 844455.
