Masterfoods has launched Dolmio Fagottini, a new frozen, filled pasta.
Two varieties are available, All' Arrabbiata and Crema di Formaggio. Trish Smith, marketing manager for Masterfoods Out of Home, said: "We chose the fagottini shape and created softer, fuller-flavoured fillings, in response to customer requests for new interesting shapes for authentic flavours and textures." A range of made-toorder sandwich fillings - ensuring maximum shelf life at time of delivery - has been launched by KFF. The Purple Pineapple range features more than 60 fillings, including tuna mayonnaise, piri piri chicken and crayfish, lemon and dill. Andy Weir, KFF marketing manager, said: "We have noticed a gradual deterioration in sandwich filling quality over the last few years, so we have made quality our focus." KITCHEN RANGE FOODS has launched a new mixed range of chicken combo products. This includes 500g bags of southern fried chicken goujons, battered onion rings, garlic and herb wedges, chilli melts and crispy coated mushrooms. Each 2.5kg case contains enough product for four combos. The company has also launched a prawn combo featuring Whitby Hot 'n' Spicy Creel prawns.
