The Cheese Cellar Company​ has added Pierre Robert, a luxurious triple crème cheese from Ile-de-France, to its range.

The cow's milk cheese, which is enriched with cream, is ideal for spreading on crusty rustic breads or biscuits, and is a great addition to a cheeseboard. The company has also added Swiss cheese Tete de Moine to the range. The cheese was originally made in the Jura mountains by monks and has a creamy texture. Caterers can use a Girolle to create florets of the cheese, which can be dipped in powdered nutmeg or cumin. For more information call 0845 241 0210.

RHM FOODSERVICE​ is launching its range of Scala Italian products into foodservice. The range includes pastes, pesto and sauces. A coriander pesto, which is exclusive to the foodservice market, has also been launched and is a mix of coriander, Grana Padano cheese and crushed pine kernels with a hint of chilli. A green and red pesto is also available. Scala is also offering a range of tapenades including sun-dried tomato paste and black olive paste. A range of chunky tomato sauces is available, too, including vine-ripened tomato and basil sauce, tomato and chilli sauce, tomato and mascarpone sauce, and tomato and olive sauce. HEINZ FOODSERVICE's​ new SqueezMe product is ideal for ketchup crazy children. The new product has three times the amount of sauce of a normal sachet. Flavours available include tomato ketchup, brown sauce, mayonnaise, tartare sauce, salad cream and barbecue. Andy Jordan, innovation manager for Heinz Foodservice, says: "The new SqueezMe packaging is ideal for little fingers. As well as being hygienic, it is easy to open and fun to use - you just snap, tear and squeeze."​ Primarily developed for the "on the go" foodservice market, demand for the product has been so high that Heinz has decided to offer it to outlets that serve children's meals as well.

GALBANI​ has launched a new selection of authentic and traditional Italian cured meats. It is the first time that the full range - which features more than 50 products - has been available to the foodservice industry. Caterers can choose from traditional best sellers such as salami Milano, a sweet tasting, traditional pork salami, salami Napoli, a delicately smoked coarse grain salami, Parma ham, which has been traditionally produced by some of the region's finest makers and prosciutto crudo campagnolo, which has a delicate flavour. There's also a wide selection of Italian specialities and seasonal lines, such as speck, which is smoked and lightly seasoned, the delicately flavoured bresaola and coppa Zibello, a traditional pork product from northern Italy with a mild taste.
