The new combinations bring some classic taste combinations and a twist of the Med to the market. This combination of mango and spicy ginger is the perfect addition to any cheese course. TULIP FOOD SERVICE'S​ new TenderPork range consists of eight selected frozen pork cuts that are specially marinated to help retain natural juice, flavour and tenderness of the meat. Paul Kitching, head chef and proprietor of the Michelin-starred Juniper in Altrincham in Greater Manchester has recently trialled the products. Kitching said: "Pork has a funny image in Michelin-star restaurants. It is seen as a secondclass product when compared with fillet steak. But tenderloin is brilliant. It can be trimmed up and down so much."

Konrad Inghelram, head chef at Scott Webster's Osia restaurant in Haymarket, London, said: "The TenderPork stays moist even when it's left under a heat lamp for a while. Normally pork is watery and lacks flavour, but not this." The TenderPork range features whole loin roast, trimmed loin steaks, butterfly loin steaks, tender loin, silverside with shank, pork leg strips and diced pork shoulder.
