JW Lees investigates the paranormal
Manchester based JW Lees is conducting its own paranormal investigation into the ghostly goings-on in its brewery.
The company will give 12 competition winners the chance to spend the night at its Greengate Brewery the night before Halloween. They will take part in a ghost hunt with spiritual medium James Griffiths on Saturday, October 30.
The new competition comes on the back of Living TV's Most Haunted programme which has spent a night in JW Lees brewery in March to check out the ghostly goings-on.
The TV series, in which a team of paranormal investigators including Yvette Fielding and celebrity psychic Derek Acorah brave haunted buildings, reported a white ghostly image and beer barrels and cabinets moving.
Managing director William Lees-Jones said: "We have been the subject of several high profile investigations over the last few months - most notably by Living TV's Most Haunted programme after which we were voted the scariest episode by viewers.
"We thought it was time to carry out our own experiment and invite some of our customers to experience it."
Any customer buying a drink in a JW Lees pub can ask for an entry form.
