The Meat & Livestock Commission (MLC) has launched a new on-line personalised poster design and ordering service for caterers. The website allows licensees to create bespoke promotional material by inputting their pub's details and advertising message. The on-line service includes an archive of beef, lamb and pork dishes to feature on posters. The banners cost from £6.95 and are available in three sizes. Tony Goodger, foodservice trade manager at the MLC, said: "This is an excellent, easy-to-use, low-cost resource, which is ideal for both caterers and butchers alike."
