Dominoes Bar is game on for food
The Dominoes Bar & Restaurant, which features a free-of-tie lease, is up for grabs in Honiton, Devon.
Trading as a bar restaurant, there is potential to develop its food-led operation, according to Sue Stone from the Stonesmith Partnership.
"At present the turnover is split 50/50 between wet and food sales, with the two proprietors working part time," said Stone.
"The business trades seven days a week, lunch times and evenings, and has a full on/off licence and a section 68 supper hours certificate. Honiton has expanded considerably in recent years, bolstering Dominoes' takings over the last five years."
Dominoes is a semi-detached, end-of-terrace property and the business area covers two floors.
The bar area is comfortably furnished with a galleried restaurant overlooking it. At the rear of the bar there is a food servery which leads to the main kitchen.
Spiral staircases lead from the bar and entrance passage to the "L"-shaped 45-cover restaurant.
A small patio at the side and rear overlooks a stream.
Stonesmith's is seeking £95,000 for the free-of-tie lease.
