Gordon Ramsay signs for Booker
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is to help wholesaler Booker promote its Chef's Larder and reinvigoration of the wholesalers service to catering customers.
The Hell's Kitchen star will tour the country holding a series of masterclasses for Booker customers. The aim will be to provide menu ideas to help them produce quality dishes at reasonable prices, using Booker ingredients.
"Booker is dedicated to helping our catering customers develop their businesses," said Mark Collier, Booker Marketing Director.
"As a result we have been reviewing the range of services we offer and challenging ourselves on how to add value for customers. Our research shows there is a huge demand for creative ideas - and who better to deliver them than the country's leading chef, Gordon Ramsay."
The dishes are specially created for the events by Gordon, using the range of ingredients available from Booker. Gordon said: "The masterclasses are a great way for everyone at the event to gain insight and enhance their knowledge."
