Coors will continue efforts to join Service Dispense Equipment Ltd, (SDEL) the joint venture between Scottish Courage and Carlsberg UK to provide technical services and equipment to pubs.
A ruling from the Competition Commission provisionally ruled against the venture, claiming it could ultimately result in poorer quality beer and increased prices for pubs.
But after the commission issued a list possible remedies, Coors has said it will work on the issues raised to reach a conclusion.
The list of remedies from the commission includes a detailed set of rules that would allow a third party technical service provider access to SDEL and govern technical service provision.
It has also suggested a code of conduct to ensure a "health subcontractor market."
A spokesman said: "Coors Brewers notes the Competition Commission findings and remain committed to working with all parties to address any perceived concerns."
