Looking for that essential point of difference over rival operators then how about this luxury cruising restaurant?

The Prince Regent II is apurpose-built 50-seater floating restaurant, which is moored at the tree-lined Offchurch Wharf, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

The 60ft craft cruises the Grand Canal into the nearby town of Royal Leamington Spa or through the locks and countryside of rural Warwickshire.

Onboard, guests can enjoy a drink at the bar as well as a meal in the restaurant area, serviced by a well-equipped galley kitchen. The vessel has its own central heating system and so can operate year round.

Andy Tudor from Fleurets, which is handling the sale, said: "This established business, with impressive profits, could appeal to someone looking for a lifestyle change or, of course, a lover of life on the river. Either way, this unique opportunity is likely to attract much interest.

"The other benefit is that wastage levels are kept to a minimum because the vessel only sets sail when bookings have been made."

The Prince Regent II is being marketed off a guide price of £170,000.
