Winners pot top snooker day out
The winners of the Morning Advertiser Clausthaler Snooker Competition were delighted when they attended this year's Embassy Snooker World Cup.
Peter Caulfield and Mick Prince were treated to afternoon and evening session tickets, along with an exclusive all-day pass to the players' lounge.
Ian McCulloch who is sponsored by Clausthaler, took time out from his busy tournament schedule at the Crucible in Sheffield to meet the two before going on to win his match against last year's runner-up, Graeme Dott.
McCulloch had an incredible tournament, beating not only Dott, but world-ranked number two Mark Williams and Alan McManus, before losing out to Matthew Stevens in the semi-finals.
McCulloch said it was great having the support of Clausthaler behind him and he was thrilled to meet the winners of the Morning Advertiser Clausthaler competition.
"I'll be visiting both Peter Caulfield's and Mick Prince's pubs this summer and amreally looking forward to it," he added.
