The chicken sticklers include ginger and lemongrass, green Thai, and black bean.

The ginger and lemongrass stickler can be served with a smooth satay dip to create a starter or, for a main course, present it on a crisp bed of Oriental stir-fried vegetables. The black bean stickler is coated in a piquant Chinese style black bean marinade.
