The latest addition to the range, Knorr Garde D'Or Béchamel Sauce, provides a perfect base for all white sauces. The ready-to-use sauce is made with 20% cream and is suitable for vegetarians. It is also delicately seasoned, giving chefs the opportunity to add their own creativity and flair. Each variety in the range is quick and easy to use - simply decant the required amount, heat and stir. The sauces do not lump or split and are bain marie-stable for up to four hours. All varieties are available in 1-litre tetra packs (six per case). Excellent used alone or when enhanced by a chef's own creative touch - try adding extra vegetables, herbs or a touch of alcohol - Knorr Garde D'Or makes light work of cooking with sauces.
