A 'magic potion' has been launched in France which is said to stop hangovers and make alcohol disappear from the blood system up to six times faster than usual.
Security Feel Better, made of purified water and plant extracts, is made by PPN of Normandy.
PPN's website says the product should work within 45 minutes to "prevent hangover and eliminate food and drinks quicker, especially alcohol."
It says it does not conceal the alcohol in a person's blood system but "stimulates the various enzymatic systems that facilitate digestion."
Concerns have been raised that it will encourage drink driving.
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents said it had major concerns about the product should it go on sale in the UK.
A PPN spokesman said in a test carried out, the amount of alcohol in the system of a man who drank a whiskey followed by a bottle of wine and a liquor dropped 57 percent in just 40 minutes .
