PubChef Food Excellence Awards
Our chefs' competition in the PubChef Food Excellence Awards, recognises the skills, creativity and passion of pub chefs.
Pub chefs must earn the crown of Pub Chef of the Year or Pub Chef Team of the Year 2007 by proving, through our series of category cook-offs, that they are the best in the business.
Following a paper judging, finalists in 12 different categories will battle it out head-to-head at cook-off finals.

Chefs can enter more than one category.
The overall winners of Pub Chef of the Year and Pub Chef Team of the Year 2007 will be determined from the category winners by judges' marks and following site visits to their pubs.
Category winners and overall champions will be announced on 30 January 2007 at the PubChef Food Excellence Awards at The Dorchester, London.

Please remember to enclose a photograph or diagram of your dish and a current menu from your pub. If you are entering the Young Pub Chef category also include proof of age. Incomplete entries may result in disqualification. Photocopies of this form are also acceptable.
