Kitchen Range Foods says its new Wasabi Mixed Vegetable Range brings East and West together at a pub chef's convenience.

Kitchen Range Foods Wasabi marketing manager Matt Godbold says the range is a

delicious selection of crunchy carrot batons, green beans, baby corn and peppers, with a hot, spicy Japanese-style wasabi dusting and light tempura coating.

Godbold says: "We are proud to be shaking up traditional perceptions of snacking occasions."

The range can be served on its own as a starter, snack, side order or as part of a combo platter to share with soy, sesame and sweet chilli dipping sauces. The range is available from wholesalers.

Unilever Foodsolutions has added Knorr Fine Gravy Granules in poultry and meat varieties to its Knorr portfolio.

The new product has one of the lowest salt levels on the market. It is free of gluten, added MSG and artificial colours, prepared by adding boiling water, suitable for vegetarians/vegans and ideal for all sorts of gravies, including gravy for bangers and mash, a firm pub favourite.

3663 First For Foodservice has introduced La Pizzeria Di Capri, a range of traditionally stone-baked and wood-fired pizzas. The dough is hand-stretched to produce an artisan effect.

Three new Premium Authentic Italian Woodfired Pizzas are available - buffalo

margherita; pepperoni, chorizo and jalapeno, pesto chicken with chargrilled vegetables, and margherita, Hawaiian and pepperoni varieties in Authentic Italian Stonebaked and Authentic Italian Woodfired ranges.

Chefs can opt for plain wood-fired pizza bases to design their own creations.
