l Frozen ethnic snack producer Daloon Foods has launched Duck Mini Spring Rolls. The 20g spring rolls feature duck, onions and leeks in Hoi Sin sauce wrapped in a light pastry. They can be deep fried or oven baked from frozen.
Daloon's mini ethnic snacks are available as single-product and mixed variety packs.
Daloon says the UK ethnic snack market is growing fast - expenditure on frozen ethnic snacks rose 25% over the past two years, with sales of Chinese frozen snacks up 47%.
