St Austell Brewery is selling four freehold pubs.
The Cornish brewer is offloading four outlets from its 166-strong pub estate.
The freeholds are spread throughout the south-west, with the Old Inn at Ludgvan located the furthest west.
This free-of-tie freehold opportunity with letting rooms is situated between Penzance and St Ives. It has two bars, a 40-cover dining rooms, two letting rooms, a patio and three-bedroom owners' accommodation.

Offers are invited in the region of £450,000 for the freehold interest.
The second pub is in St Dennis near St Austell. The Commercial Inn features a large traditional-style bar, function room and 25-cover dining area. It also features five letting rooms, a car park and owners' accommodation. Offers are invited in the region of £300,000 for the freehold interest.
The final two properties are in town centre locations. The George & Dragon is in Bodmin and features a main bar, pool room, seven letting rooms and owners' accommodation.
"The pub has a loyal following and is popular with business travellers and contract workers," said Beeching. The pub has a £300,000 price tag.
The final pub is the King's Arms in Lostwithiel, a grade II-listed building with two bars, a function room, four ensuite letting rooms and owners' accommodation.
"The pub is of interest to individuals or corporates as a business opportunity," said Beeching. It is on the market for £350,000.
