Constellation Europe today announced the launch of a £5million campaign for its wine brand, Echo Falls.

The campaign will include the brand's first ever national TV advertising campaign across Channel 4, E4, ITV2 and Sky One, with prime time slots on Desperate Housewives and Big Brother.

The company said: "Extensive consumer research revealed that consumers are looking for a brand to associate relaxation within their lifestyle.

"The 30 second advert, featuring emotive music from 'Art of Noise', stylishly combines camaraderie, wine and women and marks a dramatic step change for the brand and the sector.

"The slow motion within the advertisements emotively positions Echo Falls as a quality, light wine, perfect for any occasion and will help our predominantly female target market understand the Echo Falls proposition and the best time to unwind with a glass of wine."

Two additions to the brand's portfolio are also announced - a light and fruity Pinot Grigio Blush and a White Zinfandel Sparkling.
