Three Wishes puts five pubs up for sale

The Three Wishes Group is selling five leasehold high street pubs and bars through agent Christie + Co.

They are available on an individual basis or as a group. The portfolio comprises: The Misty Moon bars in Barnet, Bethnal Green and Harlesden, The Wernham Hoggs in Slough and The Windmill in Sydenham.

Currently operated as managed houses, the portfolio is being offered to the leasehold market on a free-of-tie basis.

Neil Morgan, Christie + Co Director of Corporate Pubs, said: "The bars are predominantly wet-led operations but offer scope to develop the food side of the business. ​

"Although currently run under management, these new leases would offer an ideal opportunity for an experienced owner-operator to increase income by adopting a more hands on approach.

"With remaining lease terms ranging from 10 to 27 years, we expect these prime sited high street locations to generate a substantial amount of interest."
