Scottish Food Fortnight is a promotional forum for Scottish food and drink. Producers, retailers, restaurateurs and hoteliers will host a variety of cooking and tasting events. Licensees everywhere can cash in by offering a themed menu or a whisky tasting. Speciality and Fine Food Fair

2-4 September, Kensington Olympia

This popular event features more than 500 exhibitors offering samples, demonstrating or cooking gourmet delights on their stands, including fine meats, cheeses, confectionery, patisserie, Champagne, chocolates and olives. Chefs, including Giancarlo Caldesi, and industry experts will run demonstrations and tastings. A new seminar theatre will include sessions on key future trends and business opportunities. British Food Fortnight
