Five licensees have made it to the shortlist of the flagship Licensee Trainer of the Year award at this year's BII NITAs.

Maggie Armstrong of the Puesdown Inn, Compton Abdale, Gloucestershire; Clare Bignall of the Farmers Bar, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire; Catherine Bown of the Crown, Rotherham; Andy MacDonald of Rock City, Nottingham, and Margaret Orman of the Whitemore Arms, Grays, Essex will all fight it out for the coveted award, sponsored by BII.

The NITAs, which are supported by The Publican, are a chance for licensees, pub companies and training organisations that have achieved success through training and development to demonstrate their ability.
