Which burning issues have driven the pub food market over the past year?

From the smoking ban to food hygiene, and menu planning to local sourcing, there has been of meaty subjects covered in The Publican​.

Now, though, it's your chance to let us know what really matters to your business. The Food Report 2007 survey is now live on www.ThePublican.com.

Published online and with the November 19 issue of The Publican, the Food Report is the industry's most in-depth survey of pub food from the perspective of those who really understand the market - the publicans who deliver day after day, week after week.
