The Licensed Trade Charity's annual boxing tournament takes place on 12 November

The Licensed Trade Charity's annual boxing tournament is drawing closer and tickets are selling fast.

The popular event, now in its 49th year, commands great interest and delivers quality boxing, courtesy of the Crawley Amateur Boxing Club.

The event, supported by Scottish & Newcastle for the sixth consecutive year, will take place on Monday 12th November set in the heart of London's West End.

The night will begin with a drinks reception and then hosts and guests will enjoy a sumptuous three course meal before the action starts in the ring.

"Our Annual Boxing Tournament is organised by Ray Batty a trustee of the LTC, along with the help of our events team," said Liz Gaffer, Director of Marketing and Charity Services.

"Every year they go all out to make sure that the tournament is bigger and better than before, and every year they succeed.

"Last year's event raise over £15,000 and as with all our fundraising events throughout the year, we are looking to improve on the amount of money raised.

"We can only do this with the help of the industry and are counting on them to help support the work that we do.

"If you are a boxing fan or are looking for an action-packed evening to take your key customers or clients then you may have just found the right event. There are limited opportunities to sponsor a package or a bout, so if you are interested, contact the Events Team at the LTC."

She added: "With prices starting from £54* which includes an outer ring ticket, a drinks reception and a three course meal to a sponsorship package which includes ten ringside tickets, the sponsorship of a bout, a full page advert in the evening's programme and a three course meal for just £900, there's something to suit everyone's budget, as well as supporting those whose careers have been cut short."

For further information please contact Kelly Gibson at the Events Department on 01344 884440.

* This price is based on buying a table of 10, whereby you buy 10 tickets for the price of 9.
