JW Lees is launching three new cask beers and has revealed plans to introduce a full range of seasonal and special occasion beers for the first time, as the year progresses.

Responding directly to consumer demand, JW Lees is catering for the drinker who seeks variety and wants to try something different with each pub visit. Three new beers are being launched immediately, extending JW Lees' current portfolio to offer pubs an exciting range of five cask beers.

John Willie's

This 4.5 per cent premium bitter is named after Mr JW Lees himself. The lightly coloured, robust beer is smooth to drink and has a nutty finish. Made from pale ale malt, northdown hops and golding hops, it is a well balanced, full bodied beer.Brewer's Dark

Tipped to fast become a firm favourite with cask ale fans, this 3.5 per cent dark-coloured beer is smooth, well-rounded and light to drink. It has enticingly sweet undertones of liquorice and chocolate and a full malty aftertaste. As this beer has won a CAMRA gold award, it should not disappoint.

Scorcher(pictured)The popularity of this 4.2 per cent beer over previous summers as a seasonal beer, has led to it being added to the JW Lees stable range for 2008. Regardless of the time of year, Scorcher's fruity aroma and refreshing hop finish will entice beer lovers all year round.
