'Pepsi fails to have rival ad banned'
A complaint by drinks giant Pepsico questioning claims by rival drinks firm Innocent Smoothies in a television advertising campaign has been turned down by the Advertising Standards Authority. The ASA rejected Pepsico's claim that the Innocent Smoothies TV ad was misleading - The Guardian
