St Austell agrees sponsorship deal with Brixham RFC
St Austell Brewery has signed a sponsorship deal to support Brixham Rugby Club.
The agreement means Brixham's first team will take to the field next year proudly sporting the Tribute logo on their shirts.
St Austell Brewery will also be the main supplier to the Brixham RFC club bar.
The deal is part of the Brewery's ongoing and wide-ranging support for club rugby across the region.
As well as sponsoring a number of individual clubs in Devon and Cornwall, Tribute is the official beer of South West rugby through its sponsorship of 14 South West Leagues, encompassing 157 rugby.
"We're delighted to have agreed this deal to be supporting Brixham RFC from next season as well being the main supplier for the club's bar through our region-wide wholesale distribution business," said St Austell regional sales manager Danny Crab.
"It is an example of the Brewery's continued support for local rugby, including through our wider sponsorship of the Tribute Leagues and our highly successful 'Tribute - You've Earned It' marketing campaign."
Mike Walker, Brixham RFC vice chairman, said: "It's good news for the club and also for visitors to the bar who will now be able to enjoy St Austell Brewery's selection of excellent ales."
