Fleurets has announced the appointment of three new divisional directors. Nick Earee, Lesley Watmough and Chris Irving will assume their new responsibility with immediate effect.

The new appointments come as directors Bill Graham and Yaser Martini leave the company after 24 and 15 years of service respectively. Martin Willis, Fleurets joint managing director said: "They are all long-serving, very well-respected members of the firm and through their promotion the board is entrusting them with greater influence over the direction of the business. Each of the three concerned has shown great commitment in serving both their clients and the organisation."

Nick Earee operates out of the Fleurets south office, Lesley Watmough out of the firm's north-west office and Chris Irving, out of the west and South Wales office.

Commenting on her promotion, Lesley Watmough said: "I'm obviously delighted with my appointment. It

further underlines the op-portunities that exist within the firm to progress, and progress quickly.

"I'm looking forward to the challenge the new role brings. While I'll not be giving up any day-to-day duties, I'm keen to set to work with my fellow divisional directors."
