Marston's unveils talkSport sponsorship
Marston's, the official beer of England cricket, is to sponsor talkSPORT radio's cricket coverage this summer.
The six-figure deal will see Marston's take ownership of talkSPORT's summer cricket coverage and will include the sponsorship of the newly created Cricket Show.
"Our partnership with talkSPORT is a fantastic opportunity to cement Marston's role as a true supporter of English cricket," said Marston's marketing manager Ian Ward.
"With our sponsorship of the Twenty20 Cup and a host of in ground and marketing activity planned we look forward to celebrating a great summer of cricket."
The deal will include sponsored Test match score bulletins and sponsorship of talkSPORT's official Twenty20 coverage.
Marston's will also provide tickets and merchandise for give-a-ways and exclusive interviews with key cricketing guests.
"There is a natural synergy between talkSPORT, Marston's and the station's cricket coverage," said talkSPORT sponsorship and promotions director Matt Wilson.
