Aston Manor has tied up Frosty Jack's cider with

comedy shows across

two Freeview television channels.

The £500,000 investment, which will cover comedy slots on both MTV and ITV2, will target an audience of more than five million viewers.

Running until the end of June, the MTV deal will support the cult puppet comedy show Fur TV, and include bumpers for each episode, trailers across the MTV network and branding on the Fur TV micro-site.

The ITV2 sponsorship package, which will last throughout the summer,

will support a line-up of shows including: Keith Lemon's Very Brilliant World

Tour; The Katy Brand Big Ass Show; The Abbey; and No Heroics.

The Frosty Jack's theme for both sponsorship deals includes mini film-clips of its "You Don't Know Jack" advertising campaign. It involves comedian Iain Lee asking members of the public "questions which they amusingly struggle to answer".

The mini adverts will be combined with on-pack promotions, on-line advertising, digital marketing and consumer PR.
