A new drink has been created by a Scottish brewery to help efforts to protect red squirrels. Proceeds from the sale of Red Squirrel Ale will be donated to the Dingwall-based Highland Red Squirrel Group (HRSG). The ale has been made by Atlas Brewery in Kinlochleven - BBC News

More than 15,000 cans and bottles of alcohol have been secretly labelled by police in an attempt to crackdown on underage drinkers. The police have teamed up with off-licences in Leeds who will supply alcohol in coloured plastic bags. Youths will be stopped by police if seen with one.
