Brains signs ups Welsh rugby heroes Hook and Jones
SA Brains has secured the services of current Welsh rugby star James Hook and former Wales captain Rob Jones.
Brains, which recently extended its shirt sponsorship of the national team for a 5th year, has signed up the pair to promote the brand within Wales and beyond.
"We've found that our relationship with the WRU has been an extrememly successful one and we are proud two Grand Slams have been achieved during our sponsorship," said sales and marketing director Richard Davies.
"We are always looking for new and exciting ways to capitalise on our association with the WRU so acquiring the services of one of the brightest stars in Welsh rugby and one of the most capped and dynamic players of a former era is a massive coup.
"Rob and James are great names of Welsh rugby and as such, will be outstanding ambassadors for Brains."
Former Welsh international scrum-half Rob Jones added: "Brains is synonymous with Wales so working with them in this capactity is a source of great pride and excitement. James and I represent different times in rugby and will have different relevance and appeal for Brains' customers."
