Hospitality 09 means business

From food to finance, pubs can pick up business-building advice from across the board at Hospitality 2009, running at the NEC Birmingham from 19-21 January.
More than 350 companies are expected across five different product areas: Catering equipment; interiors, exteriors and tableware; food & drink, technology and careers.
There will also be more than 50 seminars across three stages, focusing on business, design and technology.
With food higher on the agenda for pubs than ever, visitors to Hospitality 09 will get the chance to see chefs competing in the Live Theatre, pick up tips from celebrity chefs in Skillery, run by The Craft Guild of Chefs, as well as sample some great menu ideas in the on-site La Parade des Chefs restaurant.
Catering EquipmentThere are over 100 stands at the show dedicated to catering equipment and Hospitality 2009 provides the ideal opportunity to test, source or even buy a wide range of products.
Food & DrinkHospitality is the place to source, sample and see the latest food and drink products, from desserts and sauces to cocktails and crepes.
