Booker fills in the gaps on pub sandwich menus

With sandwiches an important driver of food trade for pubs, Booker is bringing together a range of products packaged as a complete sandwich solution.

Everything from sandwich fillers to breads, quality bagged salads, condiments and disposables such as cutlery, napkins and take-away containers are available.

Along with sliced bread at just 62p a loaf, the cash & carry group has a wide choice of part-baked bread, including its own Chef's Larder floured and sliced baps, baguettes and ciabattas.

For the all-important fillings, Booker offers cold continental meats, cheeses and salmon as well as pre- mixed sandwich fillers.
