Christmas for £2.37 at Booker
A three-course Christmas diner with a cost price of only £2.37 is a key feature of a brand new Festive Menu Guide for 2009 from Booker.
The food and drink wholesale giant highlights that if the dinner - comprised of soup and a roll, turkey with all the trimmings and mini-Christmas pudding with brandy sauce - is sold at £12.95 it will provide pubs with £10.85.
Other features of the guide include a wide range of starters, main courses, desserts and a cheeseboard, as well as two buffet options of £1 and £2 per plate.
The menu guide clearly shows the cost per serving on all the dishes.
